TikTok application disappears from App Store in Russia

MOSCOW, Apr 20 (PRIME) -- The application of Chinese social network TikTok has disappeared from App Store in Russia, PRIME reported late on Tuesday.

The application cannot be found in search in App Store, but is still available in Google Play.

President Vladimir Putin signed in March a law introducing administrative responsibility for distribution of fakes about activities of the Russian Armed Forces and calls for sanctions on  Moscow. After that, TikTok said that it would stop distributing new content and streams in the country.
